Hi doctor I seem to have extra skin on the shaft of my penis I have had it for about a year now it it hasn't gone down. I am 13 if that helps. It happened after masterbaition. My skin swoll up and then when the swelling went down the skin stayed baggy. It doesn't have indentions and it's not bent or any thing bad but it sometimes hurts
