Hi Doctor! I Under Went Urine Culture For Being Urinating

Hi doctor! I under went urine culture for being urinating less in quantity. Susequently my foot and leg being swollen. Urine culture says pus cells have been little more and I had been prescribed to in take urimax capsule every night for a month. But my urinating is still less. Some time back I had recommended some other doc for urine injection, I was given zanocin 200 Mg for 3 days, can I continue with zanocin 200mg and doc continue with urimax capsule. Kindly suggest!!
