Hi doctor, I was 4 weeks pregnant when I had a medical abortion but it's been a week since I aborted and I'm still salivating and my breasts are swollen and they hurt. I have stopped bleeding but I don't know if I'm still pregnant. Please help, do I need to do an ultrasound ?
