Hi Doctor ! I Was Diagnosed With Genital Warts A

Hi doctor ! I was diagnosed with genital warts a while back but they seemed to go away with the cream they have me but with that my vagina seemed to start to change. my urethra is swollen, I have odd like extra skin inside my vag opening that feels lumpy and weird and resently I have had excessive discharge with a foul smell and a almost metallic taste. but no pain, or itching. please hell! What might I have or should I do ?!
