Hi Doctor... I Was Treated For Depression &anxiety 10 Years

Hi doctor...
I was treated for depression &anxiety 10 years before while doing graduation.aftr three years of treatment we stopped the medicins.oxetol&oleanz.now again i feel same situation which comes after a stress/ phobia.
Before this situation i have the problems of sweating&low bp.is this the side effect of medicins
.what i have to do to live a normal life as am married & have one kid too.she dont know abt this..pls...
