Hi Doctor. I'm 20 Years Old. I Did A Blood

Hi doctor. I'm 20 years old. I did a blood test and my WBC are 13.6 and RBC 5.79. Then i did a helicobacter blood test and results positive. My symptoms are: intestinal noise and gases (flatulence), and sometimes abdominal bloating. In the morning i had a pinky saliva. I also have noise in my head before i sleep. Please help me, what should i do ?? ..any other test or treatment with antibiotics ?? Thank you.
