Hi Doctor I'm 21 Years Old. I Found A Round

Hi doctor I'm 21 years old. I found a round worm at my underwear almost a month ago. And then when I Brought it up to my doctor 2 days ago, he asked to get fecalysis test. There was no ova or parasites found, only few muscle fibers and many bacteria. Is that normal? Thank you
