Hi Doctor I'm 24 Now. Every Day Night Before I

Hi doctor I'm 24 now. Every day night before I sleep I feel itch on the skin of my testicals. It's from past 2 weeks n I found 4 black spots on it all of sudden.. I am tensed what is making it to happen.. How to stop from this. I don't have any pain on testis but the itch is only once a day and its only before I sleep.. So I request you to tell me how to stop from the itch n how to stop the black marks.. I feel very shy to speak bout this to parents. Is it so serious or normal.. Plz say is there anything to worry in future because of this.. Plz help me with your comments n suggestions as I didn't get answer in others review n comments..
