Hi Doctor, I'm 33 Years Old And This Is My

Hi doctor, I'm 33 years old and this is my 14th week of pregnancy. I have done my first-trimester scan at 12 weeks and it shows NT of 1.2mm and its mention in the report "fetal head shows choroid plexus filled lateral ventricles". Is the both scenario means the baby is not healthy? I'm yet to do the blood test next week to check the downs syndrome. I'm worried about these results. rest everything shows normal. But at the end of the reports doctor has mentioned as" single viable intrauterine gestation of 12 weeks and 5 days with low lying placenta". does that mean the baby is healthy?
