Hi doctor, I'm requesting an assistance from you because I got so many doubt. I want to gain 10 kg because I'm very tiny 49kg for 1m65. I was told that heth tone weight gain pills can help for weight gain and also Apetamin syrup. So I'm confused because I don't if these are safe for my health if ever I try to use one of them for weight gain.
