Hi Doctor .Ive Been Married For One Year And 3

Hi doctor .Ive been married for one year and 3 months .I'am not been able to conceive yet.11 months before I had my entire check up due to heavy bleeding and period cramps.Doctor recommended ultra sound which diagnosed I had pcos (right ovary) .I was on medication for about six months .After wards my periods were late 3 or more than three days and now I have uti after every period . 2 months before I had my ultra sound and was again diagnosed with pcos (both ovaries) I am now on hormone treatment .Doctor recommended my husband semen analysis and he was diagnosed with astheno zospermia and he is recommended 3 months medicine course .kindly assist me what should I do for conceiving and kindly tell me about the details of my husband disease.
