Hi doctor, I've had diarrhoea for the last couple of days since travelling back from Thailand. I've seen a doctor and she told me that it was food poisoning (which I suspected) and nothing to worry about as my body will heal naturally. However, my stools have become greenish since this morning (with a possible hint of blood). Is this normal?
