Hi Doctor. I've Noticed I Have A Couple Of Loose

Hi doctor. I've noticed I have a couple of loose lumps at the top part of my aunts. They look like loose skin, it doesn't itch or hurt now but I can feel it which is slightly annoying. I also have suffered hairloss which I have been tested for and my results. Are back fine and they said it was due to stress but it's has been nearly two years and my hair has not grown back. Any advice and it is really starting to get me down again. I have pictures also if that will help.
