Hi Doctor Last Week Mu Baby Had Womits Motion And

Hi doctor
Last week mu baby had womits motion and high fever.. my doc suggested her ibugesic plus, frisam, flygyl and toxim o.. she got recovered by sat.. However from yesterday she is again having high fever (and cough..my doc again suggested now ibugesic plus, frisam and Azee 200 syrp.. my is of 4.5 yrs old..

Again fever coming is ok or shall I have to take her any medical reports such as blood test or xray etc...
Also is azee 200 will cure her fever.
