Hi, Doctor, My 17 Year Old Daughter Has Tiny Slightly

Hi, doctor,
My 17 year old daughter has tiny slightly red pimple like bumps on her hands and fingers, maybe toes too and they are stingy. She had 99 degree temperature yesterday morning and the day before, but fever is gone today. She has a history of ezcema and has been vaccinated as a child for measles, mumps and chicken pox. She also has a small group of bumps that look like hives close to her buttocks (they look different than the finger bumps. Please advise.
Thanks ,
Barbara
