Hi Doctor, My Mom Has Recently Been Diagnosed As Pulmonary

Hi doctor,

My mom has recently been diagnosed as Pulmonary Hypertension with left and right atrial enlargements, which is caused by her AF for years. the doctor said there's no good way to treat this and what she can do is have good rest.

can you please let me know if there're good medicine for this? or way to deal with the disease?
