Hi Doctor My Mother Is Having High E.S.R. In Blood.

My mother is having high E.S.R. in blood.
Actally she having prblm of breathing while she doing a work fastly or when she walk on stairs or bend work or washing clothes or when she not taken meal.Also her palm feels little hot.
After few mins she get normal.
We have discussed many doctors since last 8monrhs in Delhi homeopathy as well as allopathy.
Some doctors said it is Chornic Bronchitis.
Some doctors given medicine of breathing problem ASTHALINE type but after taking this medicine her breathing rate goes faster.
My mother also has high bloop pressure problem.
Kindly suggest me sir.
