My question is me and my husband planning for a pregnacy.
y husband age is 30 and my age is 27. I heard that girls should take folic acid tablets when started planning. please prescribe me the tablet name. How many months generally required for a couple to conceive? we are trying for two months, and please give me tips for conceiving soon. What are the things that we can do to conceive early? My periods are regular with 32 days cycle. which days exactly we have participate in sex before and after ovulation. Iam not clear about my ovulation. I dont have any gynec problems. How to identify my ovulation time? actually problems i have noticed egg white cervical mucus for two to three days. so i have a doubt about egg release day. so please mam suggest tips and folicacid tablet name and also the days to participate in sex.
