Hi Doctor My Son (4.4yrs) Suffering With Fever From Last

Hi doctor

My son (4.4yrs) suffering with fever from last 3days.fever is coming every 6 hrs.also suffering with cold&cough.pediatrician given crocin DS for 6hrly basis and levilin for nebulization and relent for cold.
These medicines used for 2 days but no use again doc given zeprox 100 antibiotic with crocin but crocin is not effecting on fever and now we are using metal p for fever with zeprox 100.

Pls advise us on meftal p .
