Hi Doctor, My Wife Neelima (Age 43 ) Is Having

Hi doctor,

My wife Neelima (Age 43 ) is having thyroid related problems, mainly long and heavy periods, more weight ( 82 kgs), headache, migraine, acidity etc.
We also did microsomal tpo antibody titre serum by cmia test and results are above 1000.

What u suggest ?
