Hi doctor,
On 7th nov i was with a girl with hiv status unknown with whom i went intimate.Post that i had asked her if she had any STD she said no but she has had relations with others as well and this was my first time..To describe exactly i kissed her,licked her breast then we went to washroom for intercourse.In the toilet i put a condom on and tried to go for anal sex,while i was trying to do so it was difficult to penetrate through as the whole was too hard coz the girl never had anal sex.After 4 to 7 strokes i ejacuated and i am even not sure that of i was able to penetrate into the whole as i said it was very hard and the space was not adequate.As i remember and what i feel i think my penis was only upto the mouth of the anal area coz the girl was not responding that she was having any pain since the whole was hard.After that i pulled out the condom and it was just at the tip of anal area only and not broke(possibly).Now after 2 days of the incident i had burn in my penis,tickling and irritation such as needle pinnig sensation sometimes.I was teribbly scared reading the online posts so i went to my family doctor on the 7th day of exposure had, told the entire event examined and he told me that there is nothing to worry about and for my peace of mind he did an hiv test on 7th day which came back negative.As of now on the 10 th day after exposure i dont have burning sensations or may be very less,the pinning feeling has reduced greatly but reading the online stuff is still freaking me out.

Please help me with a valuable advise
