Hi doctor. This is a bit embarrassing but I need some help. I am on my period at the moment, earlier I was wearing a tampon, when I went to change it I couldn't find it. I have poked around my inside for hours now, I've tried squatting, showering, putting pressure on my cervix and still I cant find it! I have felt right up to my cervix. Could it have fallen out during a bowl movement? Thanks in advance
