Hi Doctor, This Is Rishi As If I Was Bothering

Hi doctor,
This is rishi as if i was bothering about my sexual life.my foreskin hav been get attached to my fore head of penis.when i moved back there is no pain while on mastrubating i was not able to do it,the same when it is closed my penis forehead i felt very happy while do on it. It seems i need to do circumcision??please help me in this.??
