We are in Usa ,Oregon where there is no flouride in water and my daughter has tooth decay. She is two years old.We meet a dentist here and they are telling to fill her teeth . I have attached the pictures.Please advise whether this can be treated with fluoride supplement. She is still mother fed at night.
