Hi Doctor Andrew I Have A Problem In My Stomach

Hi doctor andrew i have a problem in my stomach that call in visaya kuto kuto this is to close to our lever....sametimes i cant breath i think theres so many air inside then when i sleep im feel ok then when im woke up steel ok too then when im going to work start at morning then untill 10am my stomach is not ok untill night i think sometime i cant eat breakfast....doc...if i take the MX3 capsule it is ok .....please advice me... and more power thank you so much doc....
