Hi Doctor, Few Months Now I Have Very Yellow Urine

Hi doctor, few months now i have very yellow urine and my skin is so dry and 2 days of dizziness. I wonder if this is a sign of diabetes since it runs in the family. I have also feel a small scist in my left abdomen which i suspect its from my cervix. Is this the cause of yellow urine and dizziness? Please help me. Laarni
