Hi Doctor , I Am Having Pain In My Stomach

Hi doctor , i am having pain in my stomach during periods, this problm is from when my periods started from last 4-5years and i just get period aftr a skip of 1-2 months and when there is pain ony then it bleeds or else its normal , my ultrsound reports are also normal. So should i have the medicine "trapic mf" will it b helpful?????
