Hi Doctor I Had My Menstraul Flow 23rd Of Jan

Hi doctor i had my menstraul flow 23rd of jan now am 74days late and still testing negative,i also had a scan done and nothing was found,i have a tender breast heartburn sometimes i feel constipated which i feel is attributed to preganancy,now the latest is i av a pumping feeling in my lower abdomen and i am worried if something is wrong with me.thank u
