Hi Doctor I Have Been Going Through Itchiness And Somewhat

Hi doctor
i have been going through itchiness and somewhat inflammation in my groin region, scrotum and between my buttocks. It didn't happening in the whole region i mentioned. I don't how it is happened it's like small amount of skin is coming out from groin like dry skin and also there is some some region that is discharging very small of liquid as i can feel it. I thought it might be happened through friction while running and i applied all the creams but it's not recovering. help me out doctor
