Hi Doctor, I Have Cervical Spinal Stenosis, And I Been

Hi doctor, i have cervical spinal stenosis, and i been having pins and needles and numbness and pain in my right arm last 2 years and now these have increased and right arm less power.
I do go for swimming and pilates 2-3 days a week. Anything else will get me better. I am icu nurse.
