Hi Doctor I Have Epididymitis For More Than 6 Year

Hi doctor i have epididymitis for more than 6 year , pain and swelling i took many antiobitic cipro, Doxcycyline ,.. Etc but no change in pain , i had marriage about one years ago
Now i have bad test of semen
I suffer from pain how can i treat that ???
