Hi Doctor, I Was Having Prolong Periods 7 Days Normal

Hi doctor, i was having prolong periods 7 days normal thn little spot type blood for many days so i have shown to doctor she told me to take tab.famillon after taking famillon for 17 days my periods started with terrible pain on my pelvic region which is okay while i take painkiller but it shoots like hell again when the effect if painkiller gone what shud i do.
