Hi Doctor Iam 28 Yrs With My First Pregnancy Yesterday

Hi doctor iam 28 yrs with my first pregnancy yesterday i did ultrasound scan(32 weeks) but there were differences in measurments in head circamfrance indicating 33 weeks and femur length indicating 30 weeks
I didnot do any check up excluding abnormality
Should i worry about that?
What should i do next?
