Hi Doctor Im 20 Years Of Age, A Few Hours

Hi doctor im 20 years of age, a few hours ago my left hand/wrist started paining its unbearable I cant even sleep because of the pain it moves slightly up above my elbow where it isn't that bad but really bad by my hand nd wrist. I have had the same pains before on the same spot but now im becoming concerned because I do not know whats wrong.
