Hi Doctor Im 22 Yr Old Girl I Was Using

Hi doctor im 22 yr old girl I was using an ointment called tenovate m cuz one of friend suggested me that I would get a fair skin but I got addicted to that ointment cuz whenever I stop using that ointment my skin becumz worse so I couldn't stop.. but after a year or 2 my skin became ever worse and I've become even more dark than before.. I there any solution for this? I couldn't go out of my house cause my skin is become worst.. please suggest me something doctor..
