Hi Doctor!! (: Im Really In Need Of Help And

Hi doctor!! (: im really in need of help and knowlege as i have no clue in what the situation is. i have these little dots on my foreskin. theyre very small and usually bunched up around the tip of the foreskin. Also, i do have type 1 juvenile diabetes the past 2 years... how do i treat it? ive talked to my physician and she prescribed me with this 'triamcinolone acetonide cream, usp 0.1%'. I have been using it, but it doesnt really seem to work. im uncircumcised. please look into this as im desperate for answers! thank you so much for helping me when i needed it the most <3
