Hi Doctor... My Age Is 23. My Problem Is BP.

Hi doctor... my age is 23. My problem is BP. In the 2nd week of jan 2015, i was suffered with mouth ulcer and i consulted a local doctor. That is the first time i checked my BP it was around 180/120. firstly he suggested me Amlokind 5 tablet but my bp was constant and secondly i have been suggested with Xstan-AM( Telmisartan and Amlodipine tablet) even though my BP was contant. And recently 2 weeks back i have consulted another doctor , he gave some list of tablets like Triolmezest 40, Dytor 10mg, Alprax 0.25, Ecospirin 75mg. Now my is 140/80, so those tablets are good to use or any side effects with them. please guide me
