Hi doctor, my brother is suffering from fever since past few days and his CBC count depicts low TLC -2.50 /mm3 and low Platelets -111.0/mm3. His WIDAL test show reactive upto titre 1:40 for salmonella Tuphi o and Salmonella Typhi H is reactive upto titre 1:160.

does this mean he is suffering from typhoid and also can you please confirm if typhoid evidence low TLC count
