Hi Doctor.. My Daughter Is 4 Months Old And She

Hi doctor.. my daughter is 4 months old and she has infective diarrhoea from 15 days. She has been prescribed taxim-o (1.5 ml twice for 5 days), enterogermina (1 ml 3 times for 3 days) and zinc (1ml once for 7 days). She is taking the medicines from past 3 days but I see no signs of improvements. She passes motions 10 times (green to greenish yellow loose frothy stools). Cries out of pain by curving her body. 1. How can I reduce her illness?
2. How long does it take to recover?
Is the dosage and course of medication 3. okay?
4. And can enterogermina be stored in fridge or should it be at room temperature?
