Hi doctor , my father aged 57 Having dm hypertension( 150/110) hypercholestremia.( tc _ 245) n intermittent dry cough ..his cxr suggested A doubtful Haziness in the Right apex..usg _ grade 1 fatty liver..sputum test for tb done 6 months before showed negative results... can u please tell me about the possible diagnosis of cxr n its management
