Hi Doctor, My Father In Law Aged 77 Has Ecg

Hi doctor, my father in law aged 77 has ecg done two days ago and today he is admitted for operation and the doctors said its blockage. 100% in one and 50% in another third is fine. How id this possible hat ecg wasnt able to detect the issue? ND WHAT IS THE SUCCESS rate of this operation. Please advice on an urgent basis
