Hi Doctor , My Mum Diagnosed Fatty Liver Before 6

Hi doctor , my mum diagnosed fatty liver before 6 yrs..she was under treatment then recovered.she done lft many tines last 4 years all of her values normal.. but yesterday she done lft and it shows slight increase in sgpt and sgot which is exactly 20-25 units higher than normal level..I would like to know is there any problem to her liver again?
