Hi Doctor, My Name Is Monica And I Suffer Form

Hi doctor, my name is monica and i suffer form severe nerve pain as well as bulging dics in neck,herniations in c spine and L4/5 in back,complete positive nerve damage throughout left leg and tarsel tunnel in both feet. I was on methadone in the past and it was the only med that helped me. I'm looking for a doctor who will help me with my meds monthly. I suffer from severe epileptic siezures and can never be left alone.i can not go to a clinic and i honestly dont want to. I NEED A DOCTOR TO UNDERSTAND .My last seizuere was on the septa bus and i had two back to back and no one helped me but they robbed me for $40:00 and my cell phone which is meaning less im just thankfull that i made it through. that was a very mild siezure. PLEASE HELP ME FIND A DOCTOR DUE TO ME NOT BEING ABLE TO GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT SOMEONE WHERE I COULD VISIT MONTHLY . I have all my records and could fax or i would rather hand them in person. thank you , i know i wrote a book but my life and my childrens life depend on finding a good dr. and a dr. who has a heart and will write my medicine. please write back and give me the advice you would give your mother or sister, please.
