Hi , Doctor My Nephew As Made A Girl Pregnant

Hi , doctor my nephew as made a girl pregnant . She says she is 4month , but she is not showing . She as tried aborting the baby when she was two months , it didn't work out . So how can he get her to abort the baby without her knowing .? Is there something that she can drink to abort the baby , however taking into account her health ? please advise
