Hi Doctor , My One Year 4 Months Old Baby

Hi doctor , my one year 4 months old baby boy pennis is having a small hole. Recent ly we visited doctor. He said urin infection is there. He suggested urine test and abdominal scanning. Then after getting the reports he described urifast syrup.. Daily4 times for 7 days.. And now he suggesting phemosis surgery.. So we parents r scared.. Can u suggest ur opinion please
