Hi Doctor My Right Tonsil Is A Little Deformed From

Hi doctor my right tonsil is a little deformed from an infection I had a few years ago. Recently I discovered tonsiloliths from which I remove a few that I could find and massaged out a few of them that I couldn't see. I got a soar throat after that, followed by laryngitis and bronchitis. I did a course of antibiotics which made me feel better but my right tonsil is hanging lower and I can feel it on my tongue.
