Hi Doctor, My Son Is 8 Months Old, His Teething

Hi doctor, my son is 8 months old, his teething started 3weeks ago, he is passing stool in green color after every feed I e 4 /5 times.. I give cerelac morning,rice dal veg afternoon, apple or orange or banana evening,cereal mix supper,also on breast feed at times. Is the stool color is ok.? Started cerelac for first time from 2 days
