Hi Doctor, One Day After Having Sex I Got Bleeding

Hi doctor, one day after having sex i got bleeding alot with lots of clots. What can the reason be? My menstrual period is very regular and dont have such a large amount of clots. My 1st menstrual day last month wasn 24th. i got bleeding on 13th this month. I used to have putitary tumor before, treated, my latest check up was normal in general but i was lack of ADH. I worry if the putitary come back and cause a hormone deficiency.....also the amount of blood is even more than my period....can it be that much due to damage from sex?
Tks for the advice....my doctor appointment is this Saturday but im afraid i cant wait.....
