Hi doctor . plz my father had a brain clot from 3 months and it affects his right eye and his memory , we had relized this clot after 3 days so already the brain cells dye:( he's an uncontrolled diabetic patient and now we take diabetes medicine and after this clot we take also hypertention medicine , normal cholestrol , Cbc but H a1c 8.9 , No obvius improvemnt , what we shall do ?
