Hi Doctor, Probably Due To An Infection In The Lymph

Hi doctor, probably due to an infection in the lymph nodes that causes some pain and heat in the left side of my neck, my doctor prescribed a course of antibiotic to me - Curam 650mg. However, since my wife and I have been trying to conceive, and I have read some research about how the Amoxycillin-Clavulanic acid contained in Curam would cause abnormality as well as decrease the mobility of the sperms. I am told that it takes 3 months for a sperm to be fully formed....so does it mean that there is no chance for us to conceive in the next 3 months? Should I take the antibiotics and still there is a chance we are able to conceive with a healthy sperm? Please kindly give me some advice. Appreciate that.
